How it works

Lite Reminder is a simple browser-based reminder tool that helps you stay on track throughout the day. You can create reminders instantly without any account or installation.

1. Create a reminder

Enter your reminder using a simple format: title, time, warning, repeat (optional), and URL (optional).

Example:
Drink water, 14:30, -10m/-5m, 1h

2. Set time & schedule

You can use 24-hour format (14:30) or 12-hour format (2:30 PM). The reminder will trigger exactly at the chosen time.

3. Add warnings (optional)

Warnings notify you before the main event. You can use formats like: -10m, -5m, -30s.

4. Repeat reminders (optional)

You can repeat reminders automatically:

  • m = minutes
  • h = hours
  • d = days

Example: 1h = repeat every hour.

5. Notifications

Lite Reminder uses browser notifications. You must allow notifications when prompted.

6. Data storage

Reminder data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Lite Reminder does not upload your reminders to external servers.

7. Offline usage

Once loaded, Lite Reminder works even without internet connection.
